As a qualified personal trainer and an experienced runner, I can tailor running packages to give you the push you need to meet your goals.
These packages are available in 3 different tiers that can be adapted or adjusted to meet your needs.
It might be the best thing you do.
All packages will begin with an initial consultation, whether it is through email, WhatsApp or a phone call.
This will seek to establish running history, current ability and what you want to achieve.

- In this plan you will receive:
- – A consultation around goal setting, how you can use that to improve your performance
- – Any question you want answering can be asked
- – Advice on peaking for a particular race or performance
- – How to improve your current routine, guidance around cross training and strength and conditioning
All plans will be managed by me and my partner, Gareth Cooke and Naomi Drakeford, I have taken myself from being a 4 hour marathoner to a 2:24 marathon runner in the time I have been running, I am also a multiple race winner and most importantly a frequent participator amongst the running scene.
Naomi has also taken herself to a 2:46 marathon, a frequent race winner and constant competition in our household, as to who is the highest performing athlete; Naomi has also competed across Triathlon and Swimming. From Ironman World Championships, to Olympic Distance World Championships, she has done it all.
I am also a qualified personal trainer and experienced runner, I have been working in the sports and fitness industry since 2010. Naomi equally has been working in the industry since 2010 and has a wealth of experience in Triathlon, Swimming and Running performance.
