These packages are available in 3 different tiers that can be adapted or adjusted to meet your needs.

  • -A consultation around goal setting, how you can use that to improve your performance
  • -Any question you want answering can be asked
  • -Advice on peaking for a particular race or performance
  • -How to improve your current routine, guidance around cross training and strength and conditioning

All plans will be managed by me, Gareth Cooke, I have taken myself from being a 4 hour marathoner to a 2:25 marathon runner in the time I have been running, I am also a multiple race winner and most importantly a frequent participator amongst the running scene.

I am also a qualified personal trainer and experienced runner, I have been working in the sports and fitness industry since 2010.
