The Rother Valley relays, a fantastic relay event organised by Hillsborough and Rivelin running club around the super flat course of Rother Valley. The men’s event consisting of 4x 5k loops and the women’s consisting of 3x 5k loops. It’s the unofficial battle of Yorkshire, who can put the best squad of 4 or 3 runners together to take home the title. Long the battle to beat Hallamshire Harrier, or get close to. We’ve assembled a pretty deep squad of runners in order to have a shot at doing so.

Building on our previous years successes and attracting more members to Barnsley Athletic Club, ready for events like the Rother Valley relays as a warm towards Dam Flask relays in the middle of June.
